The Beginning
2019Noxe is officially founded around a simple idea: No Anxiety. From day one, our mission is to eliminate uncertainty through trust, transparency, excellence, and exceptional service. These principles become the foundation of how we work with our clients, partners, and employees.
The Foundation
2020The pieces begin to fall into place. Noxe welcomes its first client and first employee, secures its first line of credit, and establishes key partnerships with leading technology manufacturers. What started as an idea begins to take shape as a real company.
The Office
2021Noxe quickly outgrows its beginnings in a garage. As the team expands throughout the house, it becomes clear that we need a place of our own. We purchase our first office in Saint Eustache, giving the growing team a new home and Noxe a permanent headquarters.
The Expansion
2022Our team doubles once again, but our capabilities grow even faster. Conversations with our clients reveal a growing need for better tools, automation, and operational efficiency. In response, noxe creates its software development department, allowing us to build custom solutions alongside our physical security expertise.
The Intelligence
2023Artificial intelligence changes what is possible, and noxe decides to build the expertise in house. We establish our AI Department and recruit highly specialized talent, including PhDs in computer vision. The goal is clear, combine physical security, software, and AI to help our clients see more, understand more, and operate more efficiently.
The New Branch
2024A group of talented people saw what noxe was building and wanted to be part of the journey. They approached us with a vision for establishing noxe in Quebec City, and their initiative quickly became something bigger. That vision led to the opening of our first branch and the purchase of our own building in Quebec City.
The Insight
2025Noxe launches noxe.ai, transforming people counting data into actionable business intelligence. By aggregating traffic and occupancy information over time, the platform gives our clients a clearer understanding of how their environments are used, revealing patterns, operational cycles, and trends that support better data driven decisions.
The ERP
2026After evaluating the platforms available on the market for a few years and learning from three previous iterations, noxe decides to build its fourth generation ERP entirely in house. Developed by our own team on our own technology stack, the noxe.app platform is designed around the way noxe actually operates and represents another step toward controlling and optimizing our own technology ecosystem.
